In general, Vietnam had its sanitation honed to a fine art. Western toilets existed everywhere a Western butt might have need of a seat. This particular throne was the bright spot in a room that had little else going for it. Then why the three dunnies you ask? Two dunnies taken away because the label stayed with the lid when lifting and could well have been original equipment installed at the factory.
